6. Facials, Again the team in Skin and Bodyworks Navan are amazing, they do a great range of facials and products to suit all skin types… my favourite treatment I got done last year was Dermaplanning, it removed all my peach fuzz , I couldn’t get over the difference in the brightness of my skin afterwards and how much better my makeup sat on my skin. The regrowth has been perfect, not thicker or darker like most people assume, facial hair is hormone related, mine has grown back exactly like it was before… It’s defo one I recommend for any bride to be!

7. Accupuncture, I swear by the after effects of this treatment… I was trying another person but didn’t see any results… so I started going to Helena Barker in Navan, when I found out I was pregnant on my third baby, Kaius (he’s super chilled happy little boy) I went to Helena regularly from 6 weeks pregnant and I found it amazing! 8. Margaret Walsh physical therapist and pregnancy & post partum Pilates instructor. I had done Mag’s Pilates class post partum after my second baby, Heidi. So when I was pregnant with Kaius I did her pregnancy Pilates and attended her near the end for massages to help with any aches, pains and swelling… the next day after a massage from Mags I would be perfect again! 11. I only recently had my first bit of Botox… After baby number 3 I just felt I looked so tired all the time. It’s something Iv always been very nervous about getting done as in my line of work I get to see some …. Interesting things….. so I did my research and decided to go to consultant dermatologist Dr.Catriona Ryan from

12. Warrior Fitness – Personal Training , I know this might not suit everyone but for me I love PT, I started during my pregnancy with Kaius and found Damien really knowledgeable and supportive. It helped my body so much for that pregnancy, I continue to go to him now ( I have a lot of baby weight to loose, mainly because I LOVE FOOD and CHOCOLATE) so my size is not a reflection on his methods of training lol, they do say it’s 80% food 20% food!
